The fundamental aim of the EFTS website is to allow free and anonymous access to its content and to help progress of people by spreading Theosophy. It is connected with the THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY IN EUROPE – FEDERATION OF NATIONAL SOCIETIES, which is part of the international Theosophical Society with the Headquarters in Adyar, Chennai, India.
The aim of the intellectual rights policies of the EFTS website is twofold:
- to encourage the wide spread dissemination of Theosophy and
- to preserve the integrity of EFTS work by eliminating confusion about its source and status.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials contained in this site are copyrighted and may not be used except as provided in this copyright notice.
The materials contained in the EFTS website may be downloaded or copied provided that ALL copies retain the copyright and any other proprietary notices contained on the materials. No material may be modified, edited or taken out of context in such a way that its use creates a false or misleading statement or impression as to the positions, statements or actions of the EFTS website.
The name of copyright holders may NOT be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to the website and its content, without prior specific written permission. Title to copyright in website documents will at all times remain with copyright holders.
The EFTS documents can be redistributed or republished on the condition that you provide information so that others can easily find the original document and that you provide notice of the EFTS copyright.
